Urgent Medical Care for Infants, Children, and Teenagers

Children can become seriously ill or injured quickly, and their symptoms may look different from those seen in adults. New Padre Garcia Hospital provides emergency assessment and initial medical care for infants, children, and teenagers experiencing sudden illness, breathing problems, high fever, seizures, dehydration, injuries, allergic reactions, poisoning, and other urgent conditions.

Our emergency healthcare team assesses each child based on age, symptoms, vital signs, medical history, and level of urgency. Care may include immediate treatment, close monitoring, diagnostic support, hospital admission, or referral and transfer when specialized pediatric care is required.
